Leave a suggestion on which you think is the best form of investment, especially for young (20-28yo) newly employed guys, considering that they do not have a huge capital base. Tell us which one worked for you, or a friend of yours. Lets help Kenyan youth create wealth.

with a capital of 40k and freehold undeveloped land, a young investor can rear goats comfortably for years and escape poverty and dependance.a single she-goat will be three at the end of the year.it doesn’t require a lot of management in terms of pasture and veterinary.requires a small capital and doesn’t require small supervision.just like a rental property, you only need a single person to take care of the business and off you soar.
